The number of daily cruelty cases in Spain like this that has just happened in Albacete, is truly appalling and totally unacceptable.
That Spain belongs to the EU shows how "civilized" the EU really is. Please ask your members to write to the Spanish Embassy (preferably inserting pictures with the letter/message) demanding that the central Spanish government ACT NOW to stop the sadism to animals on the part of many of their citizens:

People should NOT visit Spain until the terrible situation of the animals is addressed and vastly improved: Please ask your members to make a pledge.
We cannot go from Council to Council trying to educate the politicians (many of them themselves animal torturers) to educate the people, the end of the world would come first.
But we CAN put relentless pressure on the Madrid government.
The Spanish economic situation is going down the drain ( partly due to the greed and corruption that has devastated most of the Spanish's coasts and inland natural beauties) and the point is: they will be needing the tourists money more than ever.
