support the Celia Hammond Animal Trust in their bid to rescue feral
and domestic stray cats which are at huge risk of being crushed
during demolition work, or starving to death, on the Olympic
site. 186 Cats and kittens have already been rescued by
the Trust. We urge the Olympic Delivery Authority to allow us
access onto the major part of the site to allow them to bring the
remaining cats to safety. Rescue work is carried out at
night so demolition work on the site is not delayed in any
way.
