I received this email from Wolf Spirit, germany, who had got an email from India, which shows the proofs of Dogs being traded across border for skin and meat trade. If you are still wondering what good are dog skin then here is what we wear which is made from dog skin in India :


1) Soft leather shoes avaibale in almost all shops
2) ALL WALLETS & NECKTIES are made from dog skin.
3) Belts are made from dog skin.
anything that is cheap leather is DOG SKIN. and these are not imported. they are made here only.

so next time you are wearing any of these items....it is from your friendly neighbourhood dog's skin.

" Have managed to capture the video grab of a news report flashed on NE Television ( A local satellite TV ) yesterday evening where they showed more than 35 dogs which were kept for supply by a trader from Assam`s border to Nagaland. Unfortunately even after bringing the matter to the notice of the local police, the dogs were allowed to be taken for sale to Nagaland.



This is a very common trend that has been carried out for many years now.
By the time I asked my people to contact the police station they said that the dogs had already been shifted. "
